TERMS AND CONDITIONS

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “The Promoter” refers to Madi Lane Bridal whose Instagram handle is @madilanebridal. ‘Prize’ refers to 1 x Madi Lane wedding gown, 1 x Madi Lane veil,  and 1 x Milane Collective accessory, of the winner’s choice. Retail value of the Prize is AU$4,500. Prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable, non-refundable. Not redeemable for cash. Competition opens 27 December 2022 and ends 8 January 2022 11:59 AEST. Winner will be randomly drawn and announced on 10 January 2022 on all Madi Lane social media platforms and via the Madi Lane website. Winner will be notified by email. If Prize is not claimed by the notified Winner within three (3) months, the Prize will be redrawn.

The Winner acknowledges that wedding gown creation takes 6-8 months and the Promoter will not be able to provide a gown in a sooner time frame. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice. By entering this competition, the entrant agrees to receive marketing emails from Madi Lane Bridal and can opt out at any time. This competition is in no way affiliated with Meta. By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
