Akis proposed the night of our 10-year anniversary while we were strolling through one of Syros’ picturesque streets.
Which Madi Lane gown did you fall in love with and what was your experience?
I found KATRINE at Bröllopsbruket in Stockholm.
I had booked my first fitting on my birthday as a fun activity with friends, not expecting to find the one so quickly. The moment I tried it on though, everything fell into place—the fit, the colour, and the style matched the wedding vibe perfectly.
Where did you get married? Tell us about the location, and style of your wedding!
We had a minimalist wedding on the beautiful island of Syros in Greece. The ceremony took place at the historical Town Hall of Hermoupolis, with earthy tones setting the mood. Afterwards, we celebrated at a charming cocktail bar tucked away in one of Syros’ most picturesque corners.
What was your favourite moment from the big day?
Walking up the steps of the Town Hall, surrounded by family and friends, and locking eyes with my husband was undeniably one of the most emotional moments of the day.
