We’re for love, and the celebration of one of life’s most meaningful moments. In our heart of hearts, we believe every bride deserves to write (and star in) their own unique love story, whatever the circumstances.
That is why we have partnered with Wish Upon a Wedding, a non-profit organization that grants weddings and vow renewals, to couples facing terminal illness or serious life-altering health circumstances.
MEET LACEY
After just 5 years of marriage, Lacey received the devastating diagnosis of ALS (Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis) in 2023, and sadly since, her health has continued to decline. What started as a happy ‘first date’ at an Anti-Valentine’s Day party, Lacey and Steven’s love was kindled and then deepened as the couple became a thriving family of five. Now, they face their most difficult challenge.
Lacey lives her life from a wheelchair and relies on a ventilator, but she greets each day with joy and does whatever she can to care for her family. Wish Upon a Wedding was thrilled to grant their wish for a vow renewal ceremony, which took place on May 17th 2026 in celebration of love, resilience, and heart. Surrounded by her beautiful family and adoring husband Steven, Lacey simply glowed in our Madi Lane Sarie gown, which was gifted with our most humble pleasure.

MORE THAN A DRESS
As part of the wedding dress experience, more than 150 United States-based MLBG retailers from across the country, have the opportunity to welcome wish recipients into their stores. They will provide a special try-on and personalized gifting experience, which further extends the thoughtful, community-led connection that each wish has.
For those brides, who are not able to visit a store, the Wish Wedding Planner will co-ordinate an in-home appointment.

To partner with an organisation that shares our belief in moments of authentic connection, love and hope, our contribution to these couples experiencing hardship is an absolute privilege.

We pledge the donation of any wedding dress of choice from our stable of brands to every wish recipient bride, who marries in 2026. They may choose from Madi Lane, Evie Young, or Serene by Madi Lane, and we will be honored to be part of their wedding celebration.

Madi Lane Bridal is helping to grant wishes
Learn more about the wonderful efforts of this generous charity, Wish Upon a Wedding who work alongside a network of U.S. partners and local vendors to thoughtfully bring each couple’s celebration to life. The couple is paired with a local wedding planner who helps coordinate every detail of the day, from catering and florals to venue, rentals, entertainment, and more.
