Our Madi Lane real-bride Lynsey said ‘I do’ to her sweetheart Adam wearing our JAYE fishtail gown in the United Kingdom.
They got married in a barn conversion near Lynsey’s hometown. They wanted an elegant wedding while leaning into the autumn theme with rust and burnt orange colour themes.
Lynsey is absolutely glowing in our JAYE gown that she describes as “the one”.
Tell us your proposal story.
Adam proposed at the bottom of a fjord in Norway – it was perfect!
How did you meet?
We met in 2014 in Cardiff whilst I was still at university. Adam went to work away for four years whilst we we were still dating so we weren’t sure if it would work out – 10 years later and we are very happily married!
Which Madi Lane gown did you fall in love with and what was your experience?
I struggled to find a dress that felt like “me” until I tried on the JAYE gown in Timeless Elegance in Cardiff.
I did not want to take it off and that’s how I knew it was “the one”!
What was your favourite moment from the big day?
Walking back up the aisle knowing the fun was only just beginning!
What advice would you share with future Madi Lane brides?
Relax – the stress is all worth it! You may never have everyone you love in one room again so embrace it and enjoy every second – the little things won’t matter on the big day!
